Are your services covered by a Czech health insurance company? Our services are not covered by a health insurance company. This means that it is necessary to pay for all services in cash or by bank transfer. We will provide you with a receipt or an invoice. 
Are your services covered by a foreign health insurance company? We do not have any arrangements with foreign health insurance companies. However, we will provide you with a receipt or we will fill out a form of your insurance company so you could request reimbursement for our services.
Do I need a recommendation from my doctor? In post-injury or post-surgery cases, which were treated by a doctor, we require a letter of recommendation from your doctor. To be more specific, we need a diagnosis and a recommendation for further treatment. If you have back pains, chronic problems or you just need to relax, you do not need a recommendation.
What types of treatment do you offer and where? The types of our treatments are listed in the "Services" chapter. We offer them in our treatment centre or at your home, hotel room or other pre-agreed locations, which fulfil the spatial and hygienic needs for treatment.
What's the difference between walk-in treatment and treatment at home? Both types have advantages and disadvantages. In general it is possible to say that their effect is comparable. If you don't know which type to pick, call us and we will try to find the best solution for you through consultation.
Where is the Treatment Centre located? How do I get there? The Centre is located in Prague 10, Na Sychrove Street 8. Detailed directions can be found by clicking on "Contact".
What are the payment conditions? Our services must be paid in cash immediately after the treatment. In case of longer therapy, the payment method is a subject to negotiation. For corporate events, we will provide you with an invoice.
Do you also offer massages for bigger groups or corporate groups? Yes, if agreed upon, we are able to provide our services also to a larger number of clients. For more information, please go to the "Offer for companies" chapter, call us or send us an e-mail.
