Treating back and joint pains
These techniques are effective for treating acute as well as chronic problems. In the case of chronic problems, the client should be aware that their own active participation is required (i.e. exercising on his own). A longer period is needed for treatment.
We pay special attention to root syndrome of the lower back (a slipped disc), where we use the MacKenzie method.
Most problems develop due to long-term one-sided use of a given part of the locomotive apparatus or due to wrongly performed movement when overused parts of the locomotive apparatus develop functional disorders (blockages), which is a state that causes pain and changes in mobility of the individual.
Treating these blockages happens in several phases and treatment time depends on the length or duration of the problems, physical condition of the individual, and other possible changes in the locomotive apparatus. On average, one to four visits are required in the shortest time period possible and then, based on agreement, other visits should occur once a month.
